  • lobo is offered as SaaS (Software as a Service). You only pay for the service you actually consume. The service fee is calculated based on the number of orders executed. A discount scale is applied depending on the order volume. The fee already includes all services (setup, support, maintenance, backup, ...). We will gladly send you a personal offer.   • Yes, lobo is a web application. It is accessed like a website with the browser and therefore works under all operating systems, both on desktop computers (Windows, macOS, Linux) and on all mobile devices (Android and iOS).

  • None in particular: the software runs on all current browsers and commercially available computers or smartphones. So typically no additional purchases are necessary.

  • Yes, we train key people in the company and are of course also available on an ongoing basis for support requests via email, telephone and video conference.

  • This is the core philosophy behind lobo: the software is continuously developed according to the requirements and ideas of our customers. Feature requests are collected and discussed in sounding boards with interested customers, ranked and implemented according to priority. New features are then available to all customers.

  • The software was born in 2007 as a friendship service: in one weekend the first version was programmed and went into productive use from the first day. After many revisions and adjustments, the active distribution of the 4 years later started. Since 2011, the software has undergone many further development steps, but one thing has remained: the close involvement of customers in the further development.

  • lobo has a very modular system for creating pricing systems. Prices can be calculated on the basis of zone prices, depending on routing distances or staggered stop fees.

  • Yes, lobo can create customer invoices and send them electronically or make them available for download via the customer platform. Furthermore, there is a reminder module for the creation of payment reminders. Subcontractors can also be invoiced via the software.

  • Yes, we provide several export formats and are happy to add new ones as needed.

  • Yes, quite analogous to customer billing, there are credit memo modules for subcontractor billing.

  • Yes, the external software can be connected to lobo via an interface, and thus e.g. create orders or query their status. More information can be found in the interface documentation at: api.lobo.at

  • We place a special focus on the high availability of our services. All systems involved are redundant. In the last 10 years the availability was over 99.999%. Among other things, a real synchronization of all data between different data centers (with different providers) in Germany, Finland and France ensures the high reliability.

  • No, the software requires an Internet connection.

  • Typically lobo is only available as a cloud service. However, for large customers we also offer installation on in-house servers incl. maintenance contract.

  • In general, we try to implement feature requests so flexibly that they can be used by a broad customer base. However, if there is a very special requirement to be met, we are prepared to implement it and make it available only to individual customers.
